Within 14 days after receipt of the goods you can return the article purchased in the Manuele Ficano online shop.
The article must be new, unwashed, with all labels and in the undamaged original MF box. Please note that we do not accept returns if at least one of these points is not met. We also do not accept returns that have been worn beyond the fitting.
For hygienic reasons, you should always wear underwear, swimwear and lingerie over your own clothes.

For products with a MF return label attached, the return will only be accepted if the label has not been removed.

Alternatively, you can also request a return form via „My Account“. Please note that you have to be logged in for this. The costs for this will be deducted from the refund.

As soon as the return has been checked and processed in our warehouse, you will be automatically informed by e-mail. The refund will then be made to the account used for payment (bank account, Paypal), or the credit card used for payment.
A refund to another account is not possible.

Returns are processed within 14 working days after receipt of the goods in our warehouse.
Please note that shipping costs paid for the delivery of your order are not refundable.

The amount for items purchased with a gift voucher will be credited in the form of a new voucher code.
